According to data, Brazil exported 23.60 million tons of iron ore in June, falling by 5.6% year on year and decreasing by 26.25% from a month earlier.
In the first half of this year, the country's iron ore exports amounted to 135.9 million tons, remaining flat in comparison of that in the same period of a year earlier.
In the given period of time, the Brazilian mining giant Vale shipped 121.9 million tons of iron ore, down by 0.3% year on year, accounting for 89.7% of the country's total iron ore exports.
